A Larimer County Jail inmate died Wednesday, one day after jail deputies found her unresponsive in her cell.

The Larimer County Coroner's Office has not yet released the woman's name or cause of death, but LCSO spokesman David Moore said she was the only inmate assigned to her jail cell, and investigators do not suspect foul play.

Jail staff members found the 35-year-old woman unresponsive around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday while doing routine checks. They attempted to revive her while they waited for an ambulance to take her to a local hospital, where she was placed on life support.

She died Wednesday, Moore said.
