Ozzy's "No More Tours 2" launches in Mexico in May.

The Prince of Darkness is returning to Colorado.

Osbourne will be joined by special guest Stone Sour.

"No More Tours 2," a reference to his retirement attempt in 1992, begins in Mexico this May, before heading to South America, Europe and the United States. The tour is expected to last through 2020.

Tickets for the Pepsi Center concert go on sale Saturday, February 17 at 10 a.m. at AltitudeTickets.com and LiveNation.com for between $40 and $250.

Although Osbourne says this will be his final global tour, he says he's not completely retiring, telling Rolling Stone he'll still play occasional live shows.

“I’ve been blessed with an amazing life,” Osbourne says in a press release. “I’m looking at this final tour as being a huge celebration for my fans and anyone who has enjoyed my music over the past five decades.”
