The Smashing Pumpkins have announced a new national tour that will stop at Pepsi Center on September 5.

The tour is the first with founding members Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin and James Iha since the year 2000. The "Shiny And Oh So Bright Tour" will begin in Arizona in July and play arenas throughout the summer.

Tickets for the Pepsi Center concert go on sale Fri. February 23 at 10 a.m. at AltitudeTickets.com starting at $29.

“Some 30 years ago, as The Smashing Pumpkins, James Iha and I began a musical journey in the cramped rear bedroom of my Father's house. And so it's magic to me that we're able to coalesce once more around the incredible Jimmy Chamberlin, to celebrate those songs we've made together,” says Billy Corgan, in a news release.
