Here's how you make them:

2 Cups C20 Pure Coconut Water

6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Grape Juice

Lemonade

Crushed Pineapple

Fresh or frozen fruit

Directions:

Add 2 Cups C20 Pure Coconut Water to a Microwavable Dish. (You can use it with coconut pulp or without) Heat it up in the microwave until it's warm. (about 2 minutes) Slowly add 6 Tablespoons chia seeds to warm coconut water mixture. Stir until it gets a thick consistency. Refrigerate mixture overnight to let it gel. The next day in one cup mixture, add 2/3 cup of grape juice and 1/3 cup of lemonade to mixture. In the other cup of the chia seed mixture, add crushed pineapples. Pour into popsicle molds, add frozen fruit and place in freezer until frozen!
