The most "house" from a strictly square footage basis that can be purchased at a $500,000 price-point in metro Denver is a 5,400-square-foot ranch-style that sits on a 1.85-acre plot about 27 miles northeast of downtown Denver in Brighton.
The property is located in the Van Aire Community, an aviation centered subdivision that includes taxiways and a runway. The house was built in 1975 and includes an 8-car garage and attached hangar.
