A Colorado State Patrol trooper heard a fellow law enforcement officer in Larimer County's son was diagnosed with cancer, so he gave the 3-year-old boy a tricked out PowerWheels.

In 2017, deputy Billy Gentry's son developed a tumor in his brain that made it much harder for the young boy to see, according to a CSP Facebook post.

Trooper Jerry Sharp wanted to help the Larimer County Sheriff's deputy's son - and got an idea. He wanted to give the child a tricked out PowerWheels car in the style of his dad's cruiser. So the trooper set up a GoFundMe page to accept donations.

CSP says once Sharp got the money, he met with some vendors to get the PowerWheels looking just right.

Once it looked like a Larimer Sheriff patrol car, he presented the finished PowerWheels to Gentry and his son.

"The car was a huge success," CSP says. "The GoFundMe was so successful that Trooper Sharp was able to present the Gentry family with a check for medical expenses."

The car's detail is incredible! It's got red and blue lights, the sheriff's decal - bright rims, an American flag decal and more! If you look on the back of the car, there's even a 007 designation number.
