It the time of year when many think about gravy-drenched turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing and pumpkin pie, but there are eating spots all over Denver that have more creative dishes to offer.
For example, head to Fish N Beer in Denver's RiNo district for some coastline flavor, or Avelina in LoDo for unique, wood-fired plates with global twists.
Those are just a couple of new Denver restaurants that have opened in the past six months that are already attracting customers in large numbers and are among the 11 hottest in the city, according to Zagat — a unit of Google parent Alphabet Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG).
