It's been a tough week for Dorothy Medina, but a special house guest on Tuesday aimed to turn it around.
9NEWS first told you about Medina last week after her beloved Broncos bench was stolen off her front porch in Denver.
Besides being a massive Broncos fan (which is a feat in itself lately), Medina is battling Stage 4 cancer.
She liked to sit on her bench after her chemotherapy treatments.
After we featured her story, her bench was returned by a man who said he purchased the bench secondhand.
The story could have ended there, but never to be outdone (unless it's on the field this season), the Broncos dispatched its mascot Miles to pay her a visit -- and he came armed with tickets to Sunday's game.
"Oh my God and I even got a kiss from Miles!" Medina said. "Thank you guys so much I really appreciate this. It means so much to me."
Medina has 66 stockings on her wall -- one for each of her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She's going to have quite the task deciding who gets that second ticket to Sunday's game.
Maybe she's the good luck charm the 3-9 Broncos need in the stands as they take on the Jets!
