Agri-tech company closes $15.9 milion fund-raising round

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL — A Canadian company building its new U.S. headquarters in Centennial said it's completed its Series B fundraising round of $15.9 million.

Inocucor Corporation of Montreal is building its 30,000-square-foot headquarters and commercialization office at 7304 South Joliet St. in Centennial. It said the latest funding came from existing investors Cycle Capital Management (Montreal), Desjardins Innovatech (Montreal), TPG ART (San Francisco), and Pontifax AgTech (Los Angeles).

The company said it's now raised $54.4 million.

Inocucor said it will move into its new Centennial facility in May, and added that it's hiring.
