$10 million parcel sold in Sun Valley neighborhood

The four food production facilities at 6th and Bryant in Denver total about 100,000 square feet.

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL — The four industrial facilities that make up the Robinson Dairy site have sold for $10 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

It was purchased by Central Development, a locally based real estate developer, which announced its contract in February.

After 130 years in business, Robinson Dairy was closed in 2013 by its Dallas-based parent company, Dean Foods, when it shifted production to a larger Englewood facility.

The four food production facilities at 6th and Bryant in Denver total about 100,000 square feet. On site is a food processor, a warehouse, an office building and a vacant building, according to a press release.
