If you were an animal, what would you be? How many different flavors of ice cream and toppings would you put on your perfect sundae? What's an ad slogan that describes you?
Not exactly the kind of questions you might expect to hear on a job interview — but they are among the ones that actual hiring managers have asked candidates in the past.
Overall, however, the majority of senior managers' favorite questions to ask pertain to the position or company they're interviewing for, according to a new Accountemps survey— a division of Menlo Park, California-based Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI).
