$65 million affordable housing to break ground in northeast Denver

All of East Range Crossings units will be affordable — limited to residents earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - A 252-unit apartment will soon break ground off Peña Blvd. in northeast Denver.

Called East Range Crossings, it will be located at 5801 Argonne St.

All of East Range Crossings units will be affordable — limited to residents earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.

According to Denver Office of Economic Development, it will include 12 one-bedroom units, 120 two-bedroom units, and 120 three-bedroom units.

The developer, Dominium, secured a $3 million loan from the city to build the property. Dominium is a Minneapolis-based affordable housing development and property management firm.
