Celebrities are buying and selling mansions; here's a look

It's always interesting to know which celebs are buying and selling real estate.

One of the best ways to monitor the state of the economy is to follow residential home sales — and, when celebrities are doing the buying and selling, it's even more interesting.

Across November, we spotted homes being bought, marketed and sold by people like country music legend George Strait, billionaire T. Boone Pickens, Fox News political commentator Tucker Carlson and football hall of famer Deion Sanders — plus a former Colorado Avalanche player

GREENWOOD VILLAGE: Former Colorado Avalanche player Francois Beauchemin — now with the NHL's Anaheim Ducks — put his 8,996-square-foot Greenwood Village home on the market in November. The asking price for the six-bedroom, nine-bath home at 1375 E. Greenwood Lane is $3,475,000. The defenseman played for the Avs 2015-17 before signing with the Ducks.
