Changes around the world in technologies, economies, demographics and expectations are changing the world’s workforce, and how it’s managed.

And those changes will have a profound effect on the future of Denver and the entire state, according to experts who work with companies in Denver and internationally.

“The dynamic has shifted — it used to be that you moved to where the jobs are, now, companies chase talent, and the No. 1 reason for companies to come here [to Denver] is talent,” Fiona Arnold, the executive director of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), said Tuesday.
