Not even a Top Chef could save Chipotle’s attempt at entering the burger business.

Denver-based Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE: CMG) has closed Tasty Made, its short-lived burger experiment that it opened in Lancaster, Ohio, near Columbus in 2016. The Ohio location was the only Tasty Made site.

“While we liked the concept and the delicious food at Tasty Made, the economics were not what we wanted them to be in Lancaster, Ohio, so we have decided to close that restaurant,” said Chipotle spokesman Chris Arnold.

The last day of business was Wednesday. All employees have been given the opportunity to apply for jobs at Chipotle.
