Colorado Economic Development Commission members offered some $7.5 million in incentives Thursday to three companies considering bringing more than 800 combined jobs to Colorado.
One of the companies is a Silicon Valley firm that's considering moving its headquarters to Denver in part because of the large millennial population here.
The offers from the Colorado EDC included:
- As much as $6 million to “Project Click,” an unidentified Colorado-based provider of global information technology products that is looking to add 263 jobs in Arapahoe County at an average annual wage of $109,692. The company also is considering expanding in New York or Texas.
- As much as $1.2 million to “Project 1993,” an unidentified Silicon Valley-based company that creates custom data-analytics software to help Fortune 500 companies price their products and is considering relocation of its headquarters to Austin, Denver or Kansas City. The company, which now has just six employees in Colorado, would create 47 new jobs at an average annual wage of $111,596.
