Denver-based software company GoSpotCheck Inc. has raised a $21.5 million from investors and plans to keep up its rapid growth.

Existing investors Insight Venture Partners, based in New York City, and Point Nine Capital, based in Berlin, provided the funding, the company said.

GoSpotCheck makes software and mobile apps used in the field by consumer product distributors and retailers, primarily to gather data about whether store shelves are stocked and displays setup correctly.

"With this latest round of funding, we will be able to further expand innovation in the technology of our products and maintain the operational growth of the business which is crucial to our continued success," said Matt Talbot, CEO and founder.
