Minneapolis-based United Properties will build a mixed-use project in Broomfield beginning in June.
Called Interpark, the project has signed one tenant so far: Swisslog Healthcare Solutions, which automates health care systems, warehouses and distribution centers. The company is relocating its headquarters from northeast Denver and taking up 67,779 square feet at Interpark.
“Our new headquarters location in the corridor between the universities in Denver and those in Boulder is the right solution for attracting and retaining the technical talent we need to drive our vision for enabling better patient care," said Swisslog CEO Stephan Sonderegger.
Interpark will include two buildings totaling 228,000 square feet of flex/industrial space at roughly the intersection of 112th Avenue and Main Street in Broomfield. Seven acres of land with walking paths and a retail plaza are also in the master plan for Interpark.
