It seems the third quarter of 2016 was a good time to sell a small business in metro Denver.

There were 54 sales, compared to 35 in the second quarter and 29 in the first quarter of this year, according to the San Francisco-based and, which recently released its Q3 2016 Insight Report that tracks business listings and sales.
