A place rich in culture and history, chock full of custom-built homes, an active neighborhood organization and home to dozens of trendy restaurants has found its way into the No. 1 spot in a new report.
Park Hill, more specifically the southern part, is Denver's top neighborhood, according to a Niche's 2017 " Best Places to Live" rankings, which ranked neighborhoods based on their appeal.
"This is a better neighborhood over time, really family-orientated," said a former resident on the Niche website. "There has been a lot of improvement in the neighborhoods and roads. There is a good amount of diversity over the years that [has] only grown over time, which is great!"
To compile its report, education ranking website Niche analyzed more than 15,000 towns and neighborhoods in 228 cities across the country and assigned each grades across six metrics:
