The newest office building in Greenwood Village is back to being empty because it needs repairs.
The CoBank building sits west of I-25 near Fiddler's Green.
Soon after it opened, some people felt what they say felt like an earthquake.
That was in May.
Engineers said the building had shifted with the grout between two walls settling a half inch.
The building closed for a couple of days while engineers checked it out.
Workers went back, but have now had to clear out again so permanent repairs can be done.
There's no word how long that could take.
