A nationwide recall is underway on quilted children's jackets.

OshKosh Baby B'gosh jackets are being recalled because the snaps can detach, posing a choking hazard.

There have been three reports of snaps detaching and one case of a snap found in a child's mouth.

The jackets, sold in pink and grey colors, were sold at OshKosh, Kohl's, Bon-Ton, Fred Meyer and other retail stores and websites nationwide.

The 38,000 recalled jackets were sold between August 2017 and September 2017 for about $35.

Customers with the jackets should take them away from children and return them to any OshKosh or Carter's store for a full refund.
