Authorities are looking for a suspect who ran away after a shooting in southeast Denver Monday night that left one man injured.

Denver Police say the shooting happened just before 10:20 p.m. in the 10800 block of East Dartmouth Avenue.

The victim was taken to the hospital. There’s no word on his condition. Police don’t know what the motive may have been for the shooting.

There was not a detailed description of the suspect, who was described only as a black man in his 20s who was last seen wearing a black hoodie and light-colored pants.
