Braylin Scott, a starting safety for the CSU football team last fall, was arrested Wednesday by campus police on felony burglary and theft charges.

The charges stem from an April 11 incident, according to court records. An arrest warrant was issued for Scott on May 2, when a felony complaint was filed.

Scott, 19, was booked into the Larimer County Jail, records show, on three counts – burglary of a dwelling, a Class 3 felony; theft of property valued at $5,000 to $20,000, a Class 5 felony; and Class 5 felony burglary.

An arrest report and other details were not immediately available Thursday, a Colorado State University spokeswoman said.
