Stacy Feldman was found collapsed in bathtub/shower with the showerhead still running on March 1, 2015. She was found by her husband inside her home.

The autopsy report obtained by 9Wants to Know did not offer a cause of death. This case had not been previously publicized as an unsolved murder.

On Friday, Stacy Feldman's husband was arraigned on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of his wife. 53-year-old Robert Feldman was arrested by Denver Police on Feb. 13 and will be held in Denver County Jail until his next court date on Feb. 20.

He had told investigators at the time that she'd ingested marijuana edibles the night before her death. She'd also complained of not feeling well on the day of her death, according to the autopsy report.

The coroner found cuts and bruises on Stacy Feldman's face, body, arms and legs, but could not figure out what killed her.

“Given the information available to us at this time, it is our opinion that the cause and manner of death of this 44-year-old female, Stacy Feldman, cannot be determined,” the autopsy report said. “Should further information become available after the signing of this report, the cause and/or manner of death may be amended.”

A DPD spokesperson said the arresting documents in the case that would outline what let law enforcement to suspect Robert Feldman were not available.

The Feldmans have two young children. According to court filings obtained by 9Wants to Know, it appears a family member has filed for custody.

According to an obituary in the Intermountain Jewish News, Feldman was the president of the PTO at Southmoor Elementary School in southeast Denver.

Her funeral was on March 4, 2015 at Temple Emanuel in Denver.
