A Boulder County bus driver will not get prison time for a wreck that injured four students.

A judge sentenced Elizabeth Burris to one year unsupervised probation.

She also has to pay a $300 fine.

The Colorado State Patrol says last winter, eight students from the St. Vrain Valley School district were on the bus when Burris veered to the right.

She over-corrected, and the bus rolled.

Burris had faced several charges including vehicular assault and child abuse, but took a plea deal in September.
