A woman is being sought in two Denver metro area bank robberies with occurred within months of each other.
The first happened at around 6:10 p.m. on Halloween at the Safeway at 9229 E. Lincoln Ave. in Lone Tree, according to a bulletin from the Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force.
The woman presented a demand note but didn’t have a weapon when police say she robbed the bank. She left in a 2004 to 2008 silver Pontiac Grand Prix sedan.
The second robbery happen on Jan. 23 at around 4:15 p.m. at the Bank of the West at 2720 S. Colorado Blvd.
In this case, police say the woman ran away after the robbery.
She is described as 20 to 25 years old, 5’2” to 5’3” and between 110 and 120 pounds.
