More than 1,300 blood donations were collected during Bonfils' 19th annual Drive for Live on Tuesday.
This blood will help save or enhance the lives of around 4,000 patients in need.
Broncos Linebacker Dakota Watson gave for the first time.
"I'm a firm believer of helping people even after my time is done on earth," Watson said. "It's just a little bit of blood; why not?"
Donors had the chance to chat with Broncos players, cheerleaders and mascots.
Bonfils’ Marrow Program also added 26 potential donors the Be The Match Registry, providing hope to patients suffering from diseases such as leukemia and lymphoma.
The Drive for Life is the largest single day blood drive in Colorado.
