  • 5 Squats to :30 Duckwalk
  • 10 X-Body Slo-Mo Mtn Climbers to :30 for Speed
  • 5 Decel Pushups to :30 Pushup Floor Jacks
  • :30 Burpees

Repeat for as many rounds as possible!
