Although caffeine can be an incredible tool for focus and a little pick-me-up -- let's be honest, we tend to overdo it.

How do we stay motivated and fueled for workouts? After all, consistency is what gets us the results we want.

Some of my favorite hacks I tell my clients about are what we talked about in today's segment:\

  • Mushroom coffee or cordyceps from Four Sigmatic paired with MCT oil
  • Brainched Chain Amino Acids
