Authorities have released the name of a 13-year-old girl who died in an all-terrain vehicle crash in northern Colorado.

The Greeley Tribune reports Sophia St. Amant was off-roading with two other teenage girls when the ATV they were in went over an embankment and rolled into standing water in a canal just northeast of Severance on Saturday.

Two of the girls were able to get out of the ATV, but St. Amant was trapped. Investigators with the Weld County Sheriff's Office say the crash appears to have been an accident.

The names of the two other girls have not been released.
