Colorado companies have landed the top two spots in Outside magazine's annual ranking of the best places to work, and four of the top 10.
Overall, Centennial State companies again commanded the list, taking more than a third of the 100 spots.
Forum Phi, an Aspen-based architectural and interior design firm, takes the top spot this year, with Outside citing its “company powder days, quarterly ‘Forum Fridays’ [outdoor adventure days], and potential quarterly cash bonuses” as employee-freindly perks.
GroundFloor Media, a Denver-based communications and crisis management firm, moved from last year’s No. 1 to this year’s second spot.
