It's about time for Next to once again ask, "Does Attorney General Jeff Sessions hate marijuana today?"
Yes, he totally still does.
That's why Governor John Hickenlooper and the governors of Oregon, Washington, and Alaska wrote to Sessions, and Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, warning that if he cracks down on legal, recreational marijuana, it will just push pot into the black market.
The Governors warned that hurting the regulated market could cause dangerous crime in their states, and neighboring states, they noted. Some of those neighboring states are Red states, for whatever that's worth.
