The Dumb Friends League does a lot more than adoptions. It offers a voice for animals that can’t speak for themselves.
To give you an idea of what the organization has done in the past year, here’s a breakdown:
- 19,697 pets and horses were saved
- 23,155 surgeries were performed
- 529 animal-welfare cases were investigated
- 2,384 pets received foster care
