Firefighters in Denver put out two "significant" fires within a three-mile radius of one another on Wednesday morning.

The first fire was reported at Stadium Auto Parts, 2330 West 11th Avenue, shortly after 8 a.m. Arriving crews found a car on fire inside the building.

Denver Fire says the vehicle was heavily damaged, but the building appears to salvageable.

About 20 minutes later, firefighters were called to a vacant home that caught fire at 2924 West 29th. That fire was quickly extinguished with minimal damage.

No one was injured in either fire, Denver Fire said. Both are under investigation.
