Video captures nasty brawl between fans during ACC Championship Game

A brawl broke out between fans during the ACC Championship game in Charlotte on Saturday night. The videos, posted to Facebook around 8:40 p.m. show a fight during the first quarter of the game.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A brawl broke out between fans during the ACC Championship game in Charlotte on Saturday night.

The videos -- posted to Facebook around 8:40 p.m. -- show a fight breaking out during the first quarter of the game.

Two men can be seen exchanging blows and obscenities while several other fans attempt to break up the fighting.

A man can be heard saying "we got kids over here" in the video.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said 22-year-old Reed Fletcher was arrested in connection with the video.

Fletcher was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery, according to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office. He was issued a $500 secured bond.

Saturday's brawl would be the second time in 2017 that a video of a fight taking place at Bank of America went viral on Facebook.

During the Panthers' Oct. 12 game against the Philadelphia Eagles, a cellphone video captured a bloody altercation between a Panthers fan and another man sitting behind him. One man was arrested and charged with simple assault in connection with the punch.
