It's not very often kids who wear the jersey of a player actually get to the same exact place. But that's where Case Keenum will be: behind center like his childhood idol John Elway.
In a tweet showing himself signing a contract to play for the Denver Broncos for the next two years, Keenum snuck in a little memento from his childhood: a photo of little Case wearing the #7 jersey.
"I can honestly say I've been preparing my whole life for this!!! Couldn't be more excited to be a Denver Bronco!! LETS GO!!!" Keenum tweeted on Thursday.
