HIGHLANDS RANCH -- The Denver Broncos and Valor Christian High School hosted the Global Down Syndrome Foundation for the Dare to Play Football Camp on Saturday, June 18.

Ed McCaffrey, former Denver Broncos All-Pro wide receiver and 3-time Super Bowl winning champ, put together another great Dare to Play event with a few special appearances.

Ed's son, Stanford Cardinal football player and Heisman Trophy runner-up, Christian McCaffrey helped coach and support the event as well as a handful of Denver Broncos: Britton Colquitt, retired Tyler Polumbus, and retired Joel Dressen.

After the Thunderstorm Skydiving team descended onto the field the players took the field for an exciting, fun, and competitive football game.

The event allowed children with down syndrome to participate in an organized football game accompanied by referees, coaches, a big crowd, and spirited cheerleaders.

The Denver Broncos cheerleaders put on a Dare to Cheer camp, organizing dances and cheers for the event including a lively halftime show.

Take a look at the great photos from the event and look back for a couple video highlights!
