The Denver South Rebels outscored the visiting Far Northeast Warriors 50-34 on Thursday evening.

It was a game built on tempo and the Rebels pushed the pace against the Warriors for the early lead. A combination of fast breaks and swift moves to the hoop gave South the lead and they didn't look back.

South's defense doubled-teamed one of Far Northeast's leading scorers Malik Fofana, preventing him from the productivity he's accustomed to underneath the hoop.

The Rebels took the lead early and kept it through all four quarters.

South wins 50-34 for a big conference win before facing Highlands Ranch on Saturday.
