Remember when the Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl two years ago?
That’s probably a distant memory if you’ve seen the team this season. A lot of things have happened that have made Denver Broncos fans groan … but this interception might just take the cake.

Here’s what happened: Quarterback Paxton Lynch threw the ball to the end zone toward tight end Virgil Green. Instead, it got batted around for a while … and Raiders linebacker NaVorro Bowman ultimately caught the ball WHILE ON HIS BACK.
Unbelievable. Lynch throws ball to end zone and Virgil Green. Batted around. Caught by Raiders LB NaVorro Bowman while he's on his back. First pick of year for Raiders.— Mike Klis (@MikeKlis) November 26, 2017
It was the first pick of the year for the Raiders, and it set the stage for a touchdown.
And for the Broncos, it was pretty much a metaphor for their season.
