In a state like Colorado where there can be warm sunshine in the morning and snow in the afternoon, unpredictable weather can sometimes be a huge buzz kill in sports.

This week is evidence of that.

Of course, Denver decides to have a massive hail storm the one week the World Series Champion Chicago Cubs are in town to play the Rockies.

The first game of the series Monday night already got postponed until Tuesday. And, to make matters worse, there is some bad weather in the forecast for the next couple days as well.

Have you ever had severe weather ruin your sports plans? Maybe you traveled a long distance for a game only to have it rained out? Maybe you had a special day marked on the calendar all year, and it decided to snow on that one specific night in May?
