Multiple spinouts caused by a spring storm closed westbound Interstate 70 at Morrison Tuesday morning.

The Colorado Department of Transportation first confirmed the closure at around 8 a.m. There’s no estimated time for reopening.

It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash, or if anyone was hurt.

The traction law was put in place on I-70 between Vail and Denver due to the slick roads.
