As with all snow events we'll be refining the snow forecast right up to the time of the storm, so please check back often for the latest forecast .
Tuesday came within 1 degree of a record high at 77 degrees. Wednesday's record of 77 degrees looks like it could be broken.
Highs Thursday are expected to be in the 40s in the morning, dropping into the 30s during the afternoon.
If we manage some measurable rain or snow Thursday, it would be our first moisture in the metro area in 38 days.
The last official measurable rainfall was Oct. 12, and the last time Denver saw snow was back in May.
Windy, cold conditions continue Friday, with a sunny, milder weekend expected.
