Denver, CO - Monday Night Football is once again "My20 Night Football" as the Denver Broncos face off against AFC West Division rival San Diego on the Networks of 9NEWS. The Monday night, November 22, 2010, ESPN matchup featuring the Broncos battling the Chargers will be simulcast locally on My20 in high definition, 9NEWS announced today.

The agreement follows a similar arrangement from 2009 in which My20 simultaneously broadcast two Monday night ESPN Denver Broncos games including the "throwback matchup," also against the San Diego Chargers. The Broncos won that contest 34-23 as part of the team's opening six-game winning streak. My20 also broadcast the Broncos game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The success of those broadcasts both in terms of total viewers and overall quality laid the groundwork for this year's agreement.

"The NFL on the Networks of 9NEWS is a great opportunity for us and our advertisers," said 9NEWS President and General Manager Mark Cornetta. "We're happy that we can provide a free, over-the-air digital broadcast to those Colorado viewers and fans of the Denver Broncos who cannot watch the game on cable or satellite."

9NEWS will additionally produce pre-game and post-game coverage in conjunction with the broadcast featuring Colorado Broadcasters Association award-winning sports anchor Drew Soicher and other talent from the 9NEWS sports department.
