9NEWS.COM offers several email newsletters and other services. 9NEWS.COM doesn't directly manage the third-party services we offer, but this page will outline how to manage those services in addition to 9NEWS.COM managed services.

There are management instructions included with every email sent.
You can also manage your account on the Buddycheck9 web page. If you continue to encounter issues, email webmaster@9news.com.
CUSTOMCAST WEATHER EMAILS
To manage basic email preferences, you can click on the link provided at the bottom of the emails you receive.
To get more options, including cancelling your service, click on the "more..." link at the end of the 9NEWS Meteorologist's forecast in the emails you receive. This will take you to a page with a lot of information. You can bookmark this page for convenience.
Updating information: The  button on the right of the page will allow you to change a lot of your preferences, including updating information.
Cancelling your CustomCast: There is a  at the bottom of this page. This is what you click on in order to cancel your service.
