WAYNESBORO, Penn. - The Tsoukatos family works up a storm at their Pennsylvania chocolate factory.

They're molding sweet artwork for a big trip to Los Angeles.

"At first I put the phone down and thought to myself, 'Oh my gosh! The Emmys Awards,'" Zoe Tsoukatos, co-owner of Zoe's Chocolate, said.

Zoe's Chocolate operates a shop and factory in Waynesboro and a store in Frederick, Md.

They got picked out of all the chocolate shops in the nation to become the official chocolatier of the 2011 Emmy Awards.

"They asked us to send a sample, and then out of all the chocolatiers we got chosen," Zoe said.

Celebrities will receive a box of chocolates in their gift bags.

It's Zoe's signature collection, with everything from an apple pie piece to black raspberry chocolate.

The shop will also give the actors a chocolate bar and have a table where the stars can sample different kinds of chocolate.

"This is going to be our centerpiece for the Emmy awards," Petros Tsoukatos, co-owner of Zoe's, said. "It's going to be an old-style TV, so it's really square, and it will kind of have a little bubble frame coming out."

Petros estimates the centerpiece will take him at least 15 hours to finish, but for this Greek family, all the hard work is worth it.

"Chocolate has been in our family for over 100 years, and to finally have our generation be involved with the company and to be providing chocolates to the actors at the Emmys, it's really nice," Pantelis Tsoukatos said.

"We're extremely honored, and we're very, very excited," Zoe said. "We can't wait to go and meet everybody and talk to them about our chocolates and be part of the whole experience."

The Tsoukatos family is counting down for the big day when celebrities will get a taste of the four-state area.
