CASTLE ROCK - Jackie Carioscia has been named one of the 60 semifinalists in 46th annual Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest.
She is competing with her recipe for Marmalade Crab Crusted Salmon.
The redesigned contest allows anyone to vote for a winner. The top 33 finalists will compete for $1 million in the finals.
Carioscia says her recipe is in the "doable dinner" category.
