Rocker Joe Cocker is selling his Colorado ranch

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Veteran rock star Joe Cocker has put his western Colorado ranch on the market for $7 million.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the 240-acre "Mad Dog Ranch" property in Crawford, in Delta County, features a 16,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom European-style house that has served as the main home for Cocker and his wife,Pam Cocker for two decades.

The couple bought the land in 1992 and later moved to Crawford from Santa Barbara, Calif., becoming fixtures in the community.
