KUSA - May I make a recommendation? This is where we point you toward something that isn't ours,  but is awesome.

Check out the Fort Collins Coloradoan piece about Treyous Jarrells, a former CSU football player who admits he was high on marijuana in all but one game he ever played for CSU.

He says he used marijuana to fight chronic pain. Jarrells has a medical marijuana card.

He had a financial aid deal too, which is why he says he left the football team because he was afraid he'd get drug tested.

Jarrells is now 23 and  grows marijuana in his basement.

The Coloradoan piece looks at the NCAA's reluctance to let student athletes medicate with marijuana.
