DENVER - Three freshman at Manual High School sat down with Kyle Clark Friday to talk about the 15 years that have passed since Sept. 11, 2001.
It turns out, those 15 years, are the only years those students have been alive. They were all born in a post-Sept. 11 world. They don't have an answer to "where were you on 9/11?"
Zenique Padilla, Hakeem Henderson, and Olivia Gillespie are all members of the Junior ROTC at Manual High School. Friday, they talked about terrorism, social tensions, police relations and their perspective on the world.
Friday morning, they were part of a ceremony, to honor those who were lost on Sept. 11, 2001.
